Who are we?
At our core, we are a Technology Development and Holding Group creating platforms, systems, designs, and products for startups, companies, and organizations. We operate across multiple companies, contributing code, talent, architecture, and other operational foundations to shape their platforms and systems into independent companies or SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) solutions.
With development being only our starting point, we structure our work towards long-term continuity, scalability, and cross-regional operations, allowing products and platforms to grow well beyond their initial scale. With that being said our involment greatly extends past service provision. Whether its long-term technical support or investment-backed involvement, we make sure our partners will scale and operate across multiple markets.

About
When the future is being shaped by your vision and created by your hands, you need someone bold enough to stand with you on the edge of what's possible. NIIT™ is exactly about that, to help you reach your full potential.
The idea of NIIT™ was born in 2020 when we realized how hard can it be to get the right people with enough competence, desirable skills, and commitment to work on a project that is not yet in scaling phase. The answer is "almost impossible," that's why Venture Capital and Y-Combinator program exist. But as we know these programs are accepting startups or ideas that has already showed promise and are already semi developed.
That's why we decided to create a program that will be in between the only founding state and scaling phase. Therefore, in case you don't have angel investors, NIIT™ might be your next best chance.
Startups
Dear founders we can start praising you for your potential and say that we recognize your ambition but lets keep it real. This is hard since only thing you probably have is an idea. But is it good enough? Do you understand it? And is it even worth pursuing? We are not going to sugarcoat the path you chose. It will be hard and mistakes will be done!
Harsh reality
As a company without prior achievements its going to be hard to be accepted when only thing you got is your word. This applies mainly for the first time founders and even though you might have potential, that doesn't mean people care.
Therefore let's cut the BS. Securing funding is going to be hard since you have no reputation and Venture Capital needs to have companies that will scale (for them to make money). Then, there is the people problem. As a sole founder it is hard to get accepted to any program or funding since if you fail then the company fail entirely. And last of all there will significantly more problems than you expect.
Yet this is only the surface of the struggles you will face and some greater ones along the way.
On the brighter side since you are a startup is it easier for you to try new things faster. You have better selling point if you are willing to let your ego aside and actually build something that is worth the effort. And the last thing your company can work on the problems that matter the most not what the board wants.

Everything needs commands because in the end, everything is only a well designed silicon (microchip) that cannot do much without the input other than look interesting.
